I'm at work but... I got a few emails from Blizzard about restores.

Now the *funny* thing is, I *only* asked for Abner to be restored, but they restored a whole bunch of my characters.

Including Mortakus who I've been leveling up for the past few days.

<sigh>

I hope I didn't just lose all the levels I got... I think they just restored my gold...  maybe I'll see you all tonight!

Hmm, I hope it doesn't end up being too much trouble, but I'm glad Abner's got a saddle to be back in now! Good luck with the checking!

Yup.  They sent me all my stuff.  I think.  My bank looks a little more empty than it did before, but maybe it's just because it's more organized now...

So after spending what *seemed* like hours opening 20 or so messages to receive my stuff, I had to spend another hour redoing all my hotkeys and many of my UI settings.  Does your settings folder *have* to be nuked if the character doesn't exist in your account.

Seriously?  Bah!

I think Abner's ready to roll.  But I must say, I have started to enjoy playing Mortakus.
