This should be a very interesting forum for those of us who choose to get involved...  CoV has a lot of backstory and a surprising number of well-developed personas, both PC's and NPC's.  They've even got their own comic book, for those of you who like that sort of thing.  I haven't written a bio for any of my toons in CoV yet, but I will.
