HELP NEEDED

Is there a file in the World of Warcraft folder that automatically creates the "WTF" folder? I remember the note when u enter the game said to delete it, which I have done numerous times, but it keeps coming back. Do I need to completely redownload WoW from the blizzard website, or is there a single file I can delete somewhere to fix this problem? Thanks.

Don't delete your wtf folder! Thats where your settings are saved for mods and stuff!

Any time you're wondering what would happen if I deleted this folder in wow... create a backup by simply renaming the folder. Then fire up wow and if it doesn't fix your problem, you can just rename it back to what it was.
