Void Reaver Down!!!

Once again, with the combined efforts of PIF and AG, we have added another notch to our raiding belt! Void Reaver in Tempest Keep has officially fallen! Great job to everyone for their excellent "dodge ball" skills and grats to all for their new loot!

In case you haven't noticed, the forums have been down pretty much all weekend. Kai's been working on getting them fixed and up and running, so please be patient!!!

Hydross Down!!!

After a dry spell of not progressing, we have finally taken down a second boss in Serpent Shrine Cavern! Hydross the Unstable felt the wrath of PIF Silvergate and Allied Giants (and some help from Soulkeepers)!!! Rawr!!!

This was a great week for raiding for everyone. After quite a few afk's and some slacking in our Uber killing department... we really showed them what we're made of! On thursday, we one shotted King Maulgar, Gruul and Mag... and on Saturday, we took down Hydross and the Lurker. Thanks to everyone for sticking it out and bringing your "A" games! Great job!!!

Magtheridon Down!!!

It was another great night for PIF and AG in our progression into the 25 man raiding. We took down The Lurker Below in 2 shots, and decided to give Magtheridon a try. After a couple of attempts, we successfully and artfully killed him!

PIF and AG spent week 3 with High King Maulgar and Gruul, working together to bring them both down! It was another awesome night, which was much needed after last week and not being able to take down Gruul. The attitudes were great, the loot flowed like wine and Tiggs died on time. It was a great run for all!

Gruul the Dragonkiller - Down!!!

High King Maulgar and Gruul the Dragonkiller are no more! After a long start, PIF and AG made their way into the 25 man content with a Bang! The king went down after approximately 4 - 5 tries, and Gruul was taken down in one shot! Everyone did a great job, and had awesome attitudes. Thanks for making this a great step into the higher content and Grats to everyone!

Welcome to 2008 everyone! Yay!

This upcoming weekend will be very busy for PIF. On Saturday, January 19th, we will be hosting our first "real" attempt into the 25 man raiding. We're starting off with Gruul's Lair , and with PIF and Allied Giants working together again, our success looks good! For more information and times, please check out this post.. There will be no sign-ups this time around... so be there or be square! Also, with the new content, comes some new (and very different for us) loot rules. Everyone who wished to attend, should read the rules and procedures before heading in. Any of the officers will be happy to answer any questions you have.

The next big event is a guild event aimed at having fun, and filling the bank with some much needed shards. Everyone is encouraged to get groups together, and see who can run Shadow Labs and Botanica the quickest for a combined time. Each group must have an enchanter available to DE all the blues for the guild bank. There are some great prizes and some fierce competition!! For more information, check out the information post. PIF, as it moves forward into higher-end 25 man content, has revised and updated it's loot rules regarding raiding.

Click here to view the forum post detailing the new system. It is, as of this date, untested, so there may be some changes to how it works before we solidify the system. If you've got any comments or questions, post them on the forum.

Something goofy happened to our MySQL database just recently, and as a result the forums have stopped working. I've got a ticket open and hopefully it'll be resolved in short order. In the meantime... Erm... Use Vent.
